My name is Karen Seinor, and among other things, I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist, and Registered Counsellor, based in Albury Wodonga. I specialise in working with adults and teens who are affected by anxiety and the various conditions that develop from anxiety; both face to face here in the Albury Clinic, and Australia-wide via Skype or Facetime.

For myself, I'm a great believer in the power of meditation to effect change, not only in the brain on an individual level, but in the community and in the world at large. When Im not working you might find me walking along the Murray River, or planning something fun for the garden. Food forests, crazy chooks and gardening to build resilience, grow food, and create connections, are some of the things that make my heart happy.
